Established in 2001, we set out on a mission.

It’s an honour to introduce you to Industry Training Solutions (ITS), a place where education meets opportunity and transformation. When I founded ITS, my goal was simple: to create an environment where anyone, no matter their background or experience, could gain the skills and confidence to thrive in their chosen career.

Our programmes are all about practical, hands-on learning. I believe the best way to prepare for the real world is to immerse yourself in it, which is why we work closely with industry experts to make sure our training isn’t just theoretical—it’s real, relevant, and applicable. Whether it’s hospitality, business administration, or essential certifications, every course is designed with the future in mind, helping people not just land jobs or upskill but be meaningful for the long term.

Accessibility is at the heart of what we do. Life is unpredictable, and education should fit around that, not the other way around. That’s why we offer flexible learning options—online, in-person, and blended—so our learners can study on their terms and in their own time.

What truly excites me is the impact we’re making on New Zealand’s workforce. Every learner we support contributes to a stronger, more skilled future for our country. The ripple effect is incredible, and I’m so proud of the success stories we’ve created so far.
