ITS’s Comprehensive food safety and hygiene course meets the compulsory training requirements of all food handlers under the Food Act 2014, from market stalls, cafes and restaurants to senior living and child care centres. This is a very practical look at the food handler and their responsibilities under the Act. All students will leave with a thorough understanding of practices that will result in safe food, and the ability to work confidently under a food control plan.
