This course covers the history and production of coffee, so participants understand more about the beans used to make great coffee. This is a very enlightening course! There is also plenty of time for a hands-on learning experience, as participants get practical training on how to make coffee on the machines. NZQA units 17284 v6 C3, 17285 v9 C4 = C7.
