This workshop is a journey of discovery. Learners are enlightened on how to keep themselves safe at work and what to do if there are other workers with drug and/or alcohol related problems, and putting workplace and their own safety at risk.

Learn how to recognise the signs that someone may be impaired and putting workplace safety at risk. Many substances impair judgement and compromise your safety at work. Hear about different drug classifications, offences and penalties in terms of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1975. The behaviours and protocols that are used when dealing with individuals under the influence of substances will be explained.
